SITE PLAN

Shadowrock is located on a gently sloping twelve and a half acre site in El Jebel, Colorado on the north side of Highway 82 next to Wind River Tree Farm and across from Willits. Shadowrock will have primary access from the Willits Lane intersection where the fourth leg of that intersection will be completed. Secondary access will be off of El Jebel Road.

Currently 30 townhomes are under construction with 70 additional townhomes that will be constructed shortly. Sales have been exceptionally strong with over two-thirds of Phase I already sold out.
