FINANCING

We have approved four lenders, each of which has a specific strong suit. Although we have approved the lenders the information you provide them is proprietary, the Owners, Developers and Real Estate Brokers involved with Shadowrock will not have access to any of the personal information that is provided. We will only ask the pre-qualification lender you choose to fax us a copy of your pre-qualification letter. For qualified amounts please contact our brokers.

Please be advised:

  • You will not be required to use these lenders for your permanent financing
  • The application is free
  • If you intend to close with cash you are still required to prequalify, or demonstrate adequate cash reserves for the entire purchase price.

The purchase agreement calls for a 10% earnest money deposit at the time of contract, with the balance of the purchase price due upon closing.
