1. What is Shadowrock?
Shadowrock is the Roaring Fork Valley's newest exclusive luxury town home community. It has been designed as a sustainable community and is registered with the United States Green Building Council for LEED Certification.

2. Where is Shadowrock located?
Shadowrock is located on a gently sloping twelve and a half acre site in El Jebel, Colorado on the north side of Highway 82 next to Wind River Tree Farm and across from Willits.

3. How is the site accessed?
Shadowrock will have primary access from the Willits Lane intersection where the fourth leg of that intersection will be completed. Secondary access will be off of El Jebel Road.

4. What type of homes will be offered at Shadowrock?
The residences at Shadowrock are luxury townhomes. Four floorplans are offered. The residences range in size from 1,664 to 2,593 square feet and have either three or four bedrooms. Each residence will have either a one or two car private garage.

5. What will be the level of finishes in the residences at Shadowrock?
Slifer Designs, a nationally recognized interior design firm, has chosen all of the interior finishes for the residences. They will be top of the line and we believe, superior to anything else currently available in the market. There are two standard finish options available in kitchens, master baths and secondary baths. Upgrade options are also available.

  • Natural Stone Fireplace with Hewned Wooden Mantel

6. What is LEED Certification?
The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™ is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings. LEED gives building owners and operators the tools they need to have an immediate and measurable impact on their buildings' performance. LEED promotes a whole-building approach to sustainability by recognizing performance in five key areas of human and environmental health: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection, and indoor environmental quality. 7. What price range will the residences at Shadowrock be in?

8. How much earnest money is required?
The purchase agreement calls for a 10% earnest money deposit at the time of contract, with the balance of the purchase price due upon closing.

9. When will the residences be completed?
R. A. Nelson & Associate, our general contractor, completed the first residence in January, 2008. They will then deliver one residence per week.
